Updated procedure for providing information on employment of persons with disabilities in the enterprise
The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 553, dated June 2, 2023, which establishes the mechanism for providing necessary information for the employment of persons with disabilities, has come into effect.
According to the resolution, enterprises, institutions, organizations, and individuals employing hired workers are required to transmit this information to the branch of the interregional/regional employment center.
Information regarding announcements on the Unified Job Portal of the civil service for competitions for positions suitable for the employment of persons with disabilities is transmitted from the National Agency of the Civil Service to the employment service through information exchange.
Employers may provide the information necessary for the organization of employment for persons with disabilities to the employment center in electronic or paper form.
The employer also notifies the employment center of the closure of the vacancy or vacancies by submitting the corresponding information in electronic or paper form in accordance with the established requirements.
