The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has ratified the agreement on Ukraine's participation in the EU's Anti-Fraud Program (EUAF).

The draft law concerns the ratification of the agreement between Ukraine and the European Union, signed on March 20, 2024, by the Minister of Finance of Ukraine, Serhiy Marchenko, and the European Commissioner for Budget and Administration, Johannes Hahn.

The EUAF program provides funding for participating countries in the following areas:

Implementation of IT tools to enhance international cooperation with the European Commission;
Support and facilitation of financial investigations;
Technical and operational assistance to agencies combating fraud and other illegal activities;
Strengthening IT capabilities and expanding data exchange;
Organization of specialized training, seminars, and research to improve cooperation and coordination of services responsible for protecting the EU's financial interests.
