The President Signed the Law on Reservation of Employees of the Defense Industry and Critical Enterprises
The President of Ukraine has signed Draft Law No. 13335 “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Organization of Labor Relations Under Martial Law” — now adopted as Law No. 4630-IX.
The signed law grants critical enterprises the right to reserve employees for up to 45 days, even if their military registration documents are not properly completed.
This initiative aims to expand the specific rules governing the conclusion and termination of employment contracts during martial law with employees who are liable for military service and employed at critical enterprises, institutions, and organizations.
It also seeks to ensure proper organization and procedure for reserving such employees.
