The Ministry of Finance has updated the rules for recording budget violations.
The Ministry of Finance has approved an updated Procedure for drafting Protocols on violations of budget legislation, introducing a new version of both the document form and the procedure for its execution.
The changes are aimed at the digitalization of financial control and a clear allocation of powers among supervisory authorities.
The key innovation is the introduction of a fully electronic format for the Protocol. The document may now be created within electronic document management systems using a qualified electronic signature (QES), with automatic recording of the date and registration number, and may also be transmitted through the system of electronic interaction between executive authorities.
