The draft law on tax reform was announced

The Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Rostyslav Shurma, announced at the Global Outlook: Victory Mode conference that work on the tax reform draft law had been completed.

The main goal of the reform is to eliminate corruption in the tax sphere and equalize business conditions for all market participants.

The reform is planned to be carried out this year.

In particular, other initiatives, that are currently at the stage of preparation, were also mentioned at the conference.

This is a draft law that will make it possible to transfer agricultural land for industrial, energy, logistics or construction facilities in the mode of electronic declaration.

In addition, consideration of a draft law is planned, which will oblige Oblenergo (regional power distribution companies) to provide free capacity for connecting new industrial facilities.
