The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution on the e-Trust Services List between Ukraine and the EU
The Cabinet of Ministers supported the resolution that ensures the use of the Trust List for the mutual recognition of e-trust services between Ukraine and the European Union.
It also recognized that the resolution from November 22, 2022, No. 1311 "On the implementation of a pilot project on the mutual recognition of electronic trust services between Ukraine and the European Union" has lost its validity.
This was reported by the Ministry of Digital Transformation's press service, noting that this brings Ukrainian legislation closer to European and international standards.
The resolution regulates the recognition of foreign public key certificates, electronic signatures, and their use in interactions between entities from different countries.
