Satellite internet systems, inverters, and transformer parts are once again exempted from import duties and VAT
Based on the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 19, 2023, No. 501, the previous resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 29, 2022, No. 1340 has been reinstated for business entities that have fully or partially paid the previous advance payment under the concluded contracts for the importation of goods specified in the mentioned resolution by April 1, 2023. This applies to the period until the last day of the month in which the quarantine measures, aimed at preventing the spread of the acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, are lifted. However, this applies only if there is documentary evidence from the bank regarding the advance payment made by such business entities.
