Expansion of the types of activities "Diia.City" for IT companies
Article 5 of Law of Ukraine "On stimulating the development of the digital economy in Ukraine" defines types of activities subject to stimulation from the Diia.City legal regime.
On 20 April 2022, Resolution No. 467 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine came into force, which added to the list of activity types, the implementation of which is stimulated by the creation of the legal regime of Diia.City:
- provision of data processing and storage capacities in the field of informatisation (computing infrastructure) in the form of a cloud (virtual) data center, virtual infrastructure resources, provision of information storage and processing services using the functionality of licensed software, as well as provision of infrastructure for data storage and processing and placement (hosting) of computer equipment in the data processing center;
- development, implementation and technological support of products and solutions of international card payment systems;
- production and sale of electronic components and boards, computers and peripheral equipment, communication equipment, instruments and equipment for measurement, research and navigation, optical devices and photographic equipment for use in the defense (security), industrial and household spheres.
