ePermit: The first electronic service is now available for businesses
As part of the ePermit project, the first service is now available for businesses—the declaration of compliance of the material and technical base with occupational safety requirements.
The ePermit project operates as part of the comprehensive e-Entrepreneur service on the Diia portal.
The declaration of compliance of the material and technical base is a document that companies operating heavy machinery and equipment must submit to the State Labor Service.
"In ePermit, it is impossible to submit an incorrectly completed declaration. The system’s algorithm will detect errors and highlight them during the submission process, allowing immediate corrections. Once the system accepts the declaration, there will be no returns," explained the Ministry.
To use the service, you need to:
- Log in to the Diia portal;
- Go to the "Services" section;
- Find the comprehensive electronic public service "e-Entrepreneur" and proceed to the service;
- Select the service for registering the declaration of compliance of the material and technical base with occupational safety legislation requirements, either through the assistant or from the list of available services within the comprehensive electronic public service "e-Entrepreneur";
- Fill out the application for the comprehensive electronic public service "e-Entrepreneur" and sign it.
