Businesses Will Be Allowed to Choose a Simplified Document Workflow
The Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax, and Customs Policy has approved Draft Law No. 14023, which allows business entities to agree, when concluding a contract, on a simplified procedure for preparing primary documents related to the provision of services.
It was decided to support Draft Law No. 14023, which—unlike the government’s alternative draft No. 14023-1—grants businesses the right to stipulate a simplified procedure for preparing primary service documents within their contracts.
Specifically, the supported draft law provides that when preparing an act of rendered services, such details as the position, surname, and signature of the customer will not be mandatory, provided that this simplified procedure is stipulated in the contract and the full cost of the services has been paid by the customer in a non-cash form.
“This model takes into account the interests of the service provider, preserves quality control tools for the customer, and allows businesses to smoothly adapt to the new changes,” summarized Danylo Hetmantsev.
