Updated procedure for notifying employees among military personnel and reservists.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by resolution dated May 16, 2024, No. 560, approved the Procedure for calling citizens to military service during mobilization, for a special period. And by resolution No. 563 of May 16, 2024, the government made changes to the Procedure for the organization and maintenance of military accounting of conscripts, military personnel liable for military service, and reservists.

Ukraine to Create a Unified Register of Qualifications (Occupational Classifier): Draft Law Adopted as a Basis.

On May 9, the Verkhovna Rada adopted draft law No. 9630 on improving the national qualifications system as a basis. This was reported by the press service of the VR Apparatus.

The Supreme Court Highlighted the Rules for Severance Pay to an Official Upon Termination of Powers.

Termination under paragraph 5, part 1, article 41 of the Labor Code of Ukraine (LCU) (in the case of termination of powers of officials) simultaneously with reappointment to the same position and at the same enterprise is not a basis for the payment of severance pay as provided by the norms of article 44 of the LCU.
