Banks are advised to take into account the inclusion of their clients in sanction lists

Banks are recommended to consider the inclusion of their clients in foreign states' and intergovernmental organizations' sanction lists when implementing risk management measures. This recommendation was provided by the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) in a letter dated June 2, 2023, as reported by the regulator's press service.
New Law on Consumer Protection

Based on the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 19, 2023, No. 501, the previous resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 29, 2022, No. 1340 has been reinstated for business entities that have fully or partially paid the previous advance payment under the concluded contracts for the importation of goods specified in the mentioned resolution by April 1, 2023.
Statement for compensation for the destroyed real estate object

The Law of Ukraine No. 2923-IX of February 23, 2023, which establishes the legal and organizational principles for providing compensation for damage and destruction of certain categories of immovable property as a result of hostilities, terrorist acts, and sabotage caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, has entered into force on the 22nd of May 2023.
