By Resolution No. 164 dated 28 February 2022, the government extended the terms for acquiring an inheritance. Such changes apply not only to those who died after 24 February, but also before that date.

Considering the state of war, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, by its Resolution No. 209 of March 2022, extended the deadlines for submitting information on beneficial owners.

Issuing an ID card and a foreign passport in a foreign country

Due to Resolution No. 678 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 10 June 2022, which will come into force at the end of the current month, Ukrainians abroad will be able to obtain an ID card and a passport for traveling abroad.

Increasing the deadline for settlement of export-import operations

Resolution No. 113 of the Board of the NBU, which came into force on 8 June 2022, extended the settlement period for export-import operations from 90 to 120 days.

Terms of settlements in Foreign Economic Activity

Starting from 5 April 2022, settlement deadlines of 90 calendar days will be applied for all export-import operations. Such changes significantly shorten settlement terms in comparison with the rules applied in peacetime.
