The Ministry of Finance has approved a new Procedure for Forming and Publishing a List of Compliant Taxpayers: What Benefits Does It Offer?

In line with Law No. 3813-IX dated June 18, 2024, the Ministry of Finance has approved the procedure for creating and publishing a list of taxpayers who demonstrate a high level of voluntary tax compliance.

An updated Procedure for Blocking the Registration of Tax Invoices and Adjustment Calculations will be in effect from November 21.

On October 18, the Cabinet of Ministers made amendments to the Procedure for Suspending the Registration of Tax Invoices and Adjustment Calculations in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices.

Changes to the Property Tax Declaration (excluding land)

To align with the national classifier DK 018:2023 "Classifier of Buildings and Structures," approved by the Ministry of Economy Order No. 3573 dated May 16, 2023, the Property Tax Declaration (excluding land) (hereinafter referred to as the Declaration) has been amended by the Ministry of Finance Order No. 431 dated September 9, 2024, titled "On Amendments to the Appendices to the Form of the Property Tax Declaration (excluding land)." Changes have been made to Appendices 1 and 2 of the Declaration.

The Cabinet of Ministers has partially reinstated the deferral of conscription for certain employees.

Employees who obtained reserved status by May 31, 2024, will be able to extend this status for a similar period without hindrance. This protocol decision, proposed by the First Deputy Minister of Defense, was approved during a Cabinet meeting on October 25, as reported by the Government Portal.
