Regulation of the use of documents that expired during the period of martial law

On the 21st of October the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution that allows foreigners and stateless persons to enter and legally stay in Ukraine on the basis of temporary or permanent residence permits that have expired or are subject to exchange after the 24th of February, 2022.

On the 19th of October the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the government draft of the Law "On the Customs Tariff of Ukraine", which meets the requirements of the International Convention on the Harmonized System of Description and Coding of Goods.

On the 6th of October the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the draft law "On Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, the Criminal Code of Ukraine and the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine on Liability for Violation of Copyright and (or) Related Rights." The draft law was proposed to address some issues of copyright protection.
